Hi, I'm Nick Heady, owner of Cactus Cars Mobile Vehicle Servicing and Repairs.

I've spent over 30 years in the motor trade, building experience across the full spectrum of the industry — from vehicle sales to hands-on mechanical work. Over the years, I've developed a deep understanding of cars, the people who rely on them, and the importance of honest, dependable service.

Cactus Cars is a relatively new venture, created with one clear goal in mind: to make vehicle servicing and repairs easier, more convenient, and more affordable for everyday drivers. I know that many people are short on time, balancing work, family, and the rising cost of living. That's why I wanted to offer a service that gives real value — allowing customers to get an instant quote, book quickly, and have their vehicle serviced or repaired without needing to pick up the phone or leave the house.

I'm especially passionate about helping people keep older vehicles on the road, particularly cars in the 6 to 15-year-old range, whether that's the family's second car or a son or daughter's first vehicle. These cars still have plenty of life in them, and with the right servicing and repairs, they can continue to be safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

My approach is simple: provide a professional, friendly, and trustworthy service at very competitive prices, while making the whole process as easy as possible for the customer.

Outside of work, cars are still a big part of my life. I recently converted a VW van into a campervan, and I'm already planning more projects in the future. I also love travel, discovering new places, and exploring history, which all help fuel my curiosity and appreciation for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and adventure.
